It’s been a while, what’s up?! Today I’m sharing all my essentials to get you through Winter.
This past week was a whirlwind of emotions for me. I finished college in 3 1/2 years last Wednesday, how crazy is that?! It still isn’t real to me that I will never be in class or go to school… ever again. Yeah, grad school will not be in the books for me (sorry dad). I celebrated the closing of this chapter of my life with tears, laughs, screams, & obviously tequila!
Today, I am back in Indiana for the first time in over eight months. It is good to be home, but I promise y’all come Friday I will be over it. Unlike Mississippi, being in Indiana means actually experiencing winter weather. I’ll have a lot of posts up about my go-to looks for winter, like this one, as well as how to stay warm when temps drop below freezing!

My staple pieces for cold weather include jeans and turtle necks. I am not a scarf person, so turtle necks are essential for me when it comes to staying warm. You can never go wrong with an all-black outfit, so black jeans & a black turtle neck is the way to go! Throw this super cute and very warm, faux fur coat over it, and it’s perfect for colder days. These are two pieces that I wear WAY too often and are essential for winter because not only do they look great on their own but throw a coat/sweater/jacket over it and it elevates the whole look!
